Every project is bought below market value, so the equity is there the day we complete rather than something we hope for later.

We refurbish properly
Established firms and trusted trades in the areas we buy in, usually turning a project around in two to six months.

We sell or we hold
Finished properties are sold at their done-up value, or refinanced and held as serviced accommodation.
